The Company is primarily engaged in the hotel business through its Caravela Beach Resort, a five-star deluxe resort situated in South Goa. Its s core business includes providing guest accommodation, food and drink facilities, entertainment facilities, and others. Caravela Beach Resort is located on the white sands of Varca beach. The 198-room resort is spread over 24 acres of tropical lawns. Each of the hotel’s guest rooms, suites and villas have private balconies that overlook either the ocean, the landscaped gardens or the pool. The hotel also features a nine-hole golf course and an ayurveda center. It offers garden view rooms, pool/ocean view rooms, oceanfront view rooms, deluxe suites, family villa, and presidential villa. It offers various dining options, such as Castaways, Beach Hut, Carnaval, Sunset Bar, and others. It also offers a range of activities, such as golf course, swimming pools, spa, and others.
