About Kovai Medical Center & Hospitals
Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Limited is an India-based company, which operates as a multispecialty hospital in the Southern Indian City of Coimbatore. The Company is engaged in operating hospitals and medical education. The Company operates through two segments: Healthcare Services and Education Services. Healthcare Services segment includes inpatient and outpatient hospital services. These services comprise of physical examination, consultancy, treatments, surgeries, tests, clinical examination, and other fees such as room and accommodation charges, nursing care, dietary, use of medical equipment and supply of pharmaceutical and related products. The Education Services segment provides allied health sciences and diplomate of national board courses. Its departments include comprehensive cancer center, nuclear medicine and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET CT), KMCH heart institute, neurosciences, orthopedics and joint replacement and interventional radiology.
