It also has a development pipeline consisting of 37 projects with an aggregate development potential of 37.1 million square feet, including 20 million square feet of ongoing projects. The Company's Bengaluru projects include Shriram Sapphire, Shriram Pristine Estates, The Poem by Shriram Properties, Shriram 107 SouthEast, Shriram WYTField, Shriram Solitaire, Shriram Esquire and others. Its Chennai projects include Shriram 122 West, Shriram Shankari, and others. Its Kolkata project is Shriram Grand City. The Company's commercial projects include Shriram Hebbal1, Commercial @ Park63, and Commercial @ Shriram Grand City.
