Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited is one of India's largest piping solutions and multi-polymer manufacturing companies. Prince Pipes & Fittings Limited was incorporated in November 1987. The company was originally named Prince Pipes and Fittings Private Limited. The company became a public limited entity in August 2017 and was renamed as Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited. It got listed on both, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE in December 2019.

Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited offers plumbing solutions including CPVC hot and cold potable water plumbing systems, UPVC plumbing systems and reclaim piping systems. It offers industrial piping solutions ranging from CPVC industrial piping systems to industrial plumbing systems. The sewerage drainage pipes and fittings solutions of the company include PP drainage systems, low noise PP drainage systems, low noise SWR systems and roofwater systems.

Its underground drainage solutions include underground drainage piping systems, UPVC underground drainage piping systems, inspection chambers, underground double wall corrugated pipes, CORFIT inspection chambers, FRP manholes and chamber covers. The agriculture and borewell product range includes agriculture pressure pipes & fittings, borewell systems and PEfit aqua HDPE pipes. The other products offered by the company are water storage tanks, electrical conduit pipes & fittings, cable ducting pipes, surface drainage systems and PTMT tapeware.

Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited has a global collaboration with Lubrizol.

Lubrizol is headquartered in the United States and is the world’s largest manufacturer and inventor of CPVC compounds. Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited has also collaborated with Tooling Holland BV. Tooling Holland BV is based in the Netherlands and is a global leader in plastic mould manufacturing.
