Infibeam Avenues Limited is an Indian multinational financial technology company. It offers enterprise digital payment solutions globally under the brand name CCAvenue and enterprise software platform under the brand name BuildaBazaar.
The company is a leading digital payment solution provider in India and the Middle East, headquartered in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Infibeam Avenues also engages in digital lending and data cloud storage.

Business Operations
Aside from CCAvenue, Infibeam Avenues has e-commerce software platform (marketplace) services for businesses across industries and government sectors. Over the years, the company has become one of India’s leading digital payment solutions and enterprise software platform providers. Its digital payment portfolio includes payment acquiring (online and offline via SoftPoS), payment issuance and remittances and associated infrastructure.
The company has a nationwide presence in India as well as operations in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman) and the US. It recently planned expansion into Australia. The company entered the Australian market in 2022, focusing on online digital payments as a payment processor. It aimed to provide services for mobile point of sale (mPOS), near field communication (NFC), and contactless card technology.
Infibeam Avenues expanded into the United States in 2020, targeting one of the world's largest digital payments markets by revenue. Infibeam Avenues also collaborated with Bank Muscat, the largest financial services provider in Oman, in 2020. It also partnered with Bank Dhofar, the second-largest financial services provider in Oman, to offer CCAvenue Payment Gateway Service.
The company earlier expanded into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2013 through the BuildaBazaar platform, marking one of the first Indian e-commerce players to venture overseas. It launched CCAvenue payments in the UAE later in 2018.
In FY23, Infibeam Avenues strengthened its global operations by moving its subsidiaries in Australia, US and Saudi Arabia under its UAE-based subsidiary, Vavian International Ltd.
Infibeam operates from a total of 11 locations worldwide, including 7 in India and 4 international offices. It has a presence in 28 states and 8 Union Territories in India, while internationally it serves in 4 different countries.
Infibeam collaborates with major corporations, banks and public sector entities. It had a network of 9.2 million merchants as of March 2023. Among these, approximately 6 million use the company's software platforms, while the remaining 3 million engage with the company's payment platforms. More than 75% of these merchants belong to the micro, small, and medium enterprises category.
Infibeam Avenues has a workforce of 713 people as of March 31, 2023.
