AU Small Finance Bank is among India's largest small finance banks. Au Financiers was founded in 1996 in Rajasthan’s capital. As a retail-focused non-banking finance company (NBFC), it dedicated two decades to offering financial solutions swiftly to both rural and urban communities. It secured the small finance bank (SFB) licence in 2015 from the Reserve Bank of India. The same year witnessed its elevation to Scheduled Commercial Bank status on November 1.

Retail banking - The bank offers savings accounts, term deposits, lockers, life and health insurance, general and fire insurance, mutual funds and a 3-in-1 trading platform. It also provides various loan and advance options like vehicle loans, secured business loans (SBLs), home loans, personal loans, gold loans, and credit cards.

Transaction banking - This includes current accounts, trade and forex services, overdraft facilities and cash management services (CMS), along with non-fund-based facilities.

Loans and advances - The bank extends its services in business banking, agri banking, NBFC lending, real estate and construction finance.

Digital banking - Under this division, AU Small Finance Bank facilitates digital loans, credit cards, insurance and investments, and digital enterprise loans.

Payments and Services - Its payment services include products such as merchant payments using UPI QR and Point of Sale (PoS), Debit Cards, AEPS, BHIM UPI, Bharat Bill Payment Service (BBPS), NETC, FASTag, ASBA, NACG/E-NACH and tax payments.
