About ASHAPURA LOGISTICS LTD
Ashapura Logistics Limited is an integrated logistics company in India. The Company is engaged in the service of transportation and logistics. It primarily operates in the cargo handling and freight forwarding segment; transportation (including project logistics and third-party logistics (3pl)); warehousing and distribution and other services (including coastal movement). Under cargo handling segment, the Company acts as custom house agent for its customers. A custom house agent serves as an authorized representative empowered to handle import and export activities on behalf of a company. Its transportation segment is closely interconnected with its cargo handling segment. Its transportation services are of business-to-business (B2B) nature. Its warehousing and distribution management comprises storing products in a warehouse while offering services, such as shelf-life maintenance, product mixing, packaging, cross-docking, and others. It also provides coastal movement services.
