The Company is primarily engaged in land acquisition, authority liasoning, planned development, identification of project types and locations, as well as construction, development, and maintenance of projects commissioned under residential / commercial / retail / plotting or industrial. The Company has three projects under the brand Turquoise: Turquoise Greenz, situated at Shela, Gujarat; Turquoise Dreamz near Sindhubhavan Extension, Ahmedabad; and Turquoise Grandeur, situated at Godhavi. The Company's commercial projects include Turquoise 4, Turquoise 3, Turquoise 2, Artemus 2, Avion, Ratna Biz Park, Ratna High Street, Ratna Business Square, RE11. The Company's completed residential projects are Turquoise BLU and Ratna Paradise.
