Rane (Madras) Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of steering and suspension linkage products, steering gear products and specialized aluminum high pressure die-casting products. It has two divisions, namely Steering and Linkages Division (SLD) and Light Metal Casting India Division (LMCI). The Company operates in a single reportable segment, namely components for the transportation industry. Its products include steering gear products, suspension and linkage products, hydraulic products, light metal casting products, and other automotive parts. Its products serve a variety of industry segments, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, farm tractors, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, railways, and stationary engines. It has manufacturing facilities at Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, and Telangana. The Company’s subsidiaries are Rane Automotive Components S. DE. R.L De. C.V. and Rane (Madras) International Holdings B.V.
