Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited is an India-based company that is primarily engaged in the business of real estate construction, development and maintaining hospitality projects. The Company operates through two segments: Construction and Development of Property, and Hospitality - Hotels and Resorts. It is into development, sale, management and operation of all or any part of townships, housing projects, and also includes leasing of self-owned commercial premises. The Hospitality Services segment includes hotels and resorts. The Company's projects include HUDA Complex, Karol Bagh Apartments, Janapriya Apartments Phase-I, Dattatreya Apartments, Prajay Virgin County, Prajay Waterfront City Phase -1, Rukmini Apartments, D.K. Enclave, Prajay Crest, Prajay Princeton Towers, among others. Its subsidiaries include Prajay Holdings Private Limited (PHPL), Prajay Developers Private Limited, Prajay Retail Properties Private Limited and Secunderabad Golf and Leisure Resorts Private Limited.
