JM Financial Limited is a diversified financial company. The Company's segments include Investment Bank, Mortgage Lending, Alternative & Distressed Credit, and Asset Management, Wealth Management & Securities Business (Platform AWS). Investment Bank includes management of capital markets transactions, advising on mergers & acquisitions, and private equity syndication. Mortgage Lending includes providing finance for commercial real estate and residential real estate to a diverse range of corporate and non-corporate clients. It also includes the housing finance business and lending to education institutions. Alternative & Distressed Credit includes securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and management of alternative credit funds. Platform AWS includes investment advisory and distribution services, involving equity brokerage services, elite and retail wealth management, margin trade financing and distribution of financial products.
