Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited is an India-based non-banking finance company (NBFC) carrying out the business of investment in shares and securities and also financing activities. The Company’s segments include Investment activity, Lending activity, and Rental Business. It has diversified its investments across publicly listed and unlisted companies, private equity, real estate, and debt instruments. The Company is also engaged in structured financing, fixed returns portfolio, secured lending and equity investments in emerging companies. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Reliance Commercial Finance Limited and Authum Asset Management Company Private Limited.
