The Company operates through one segment, which is Hoteliering. It operates Hotel Howard Plaza - The Fern, which is located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The hotel has an open-air curved pool with direct sunlight, and a running bar. Its property consists of two in-house shops - Howard Plaza D'craft and Exquisite to buy traditional and authentic pieces like paintings, pottery by local artisans. The hotel has a fully equipped gym with treadmills, cross trainer, and multi-gym station facility.
