Garnet Construction Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the construction and sale of industrial, as well as residential plots. It is focused on residential, commercial, retail, and other projects, such as mass housing and cluster redevelopment. The Company develops, manages and leases industrial plots and sheds. It designs its projects to cater to individual and institutional buyers. The Company offers its clients a range of real estate-related services, which includes residential/industrial/commercial open plots/bungalows at Khopoli and Lonavala. Its residential projects include Pyramid, Brillante, and Magic Hills. The Company’s commercial project includes Garnet Paladium situated in Goregaon (east). Its industrial projects include Arkose Industrial Estate and Aditya Industrial Estate. Its Arkose Industrial Estate and Aditya Industrial Estate are spread over 13 acres and approximately eight acres of land respectively.
