It owns a luxury resort, the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Ranthambore. It also owns and operate a mid-market resort chain under the brand name Country Inn Hotels and Resorts. The Company's brand is ZANA Luxury Escapes. It operates various hotels, including Country Inn Nature Resorts, Bhimtal; Country Inn Tarika Jim Corbett, Jim Corbett; Country Inn Tarika Varca Beach, Goa; Zana Luxury Escapes, Udaipur; Country Inn Hall of Heritage, Amritsar; Country Inn Maple Resorts, Chail; Country Inn Vrindavan, Vrindavan; Country Inn Premier Pacific Resort, Mussoorie, and Zana Forest Resorts Ranthambore. The Company operates ZANA Luxury Escapes, which is a luxury hospitality, and ZANA Lake Resort, which is located on the banks of Udai Sagar Lake and offers approximately 30 rooms.
