About EMKAY TOOLS LIMITED
Emkay Tools Ltd is an India-based tools company. The Company is engaged in producing high-speed steel (HSS) threading taps and cutting tools. Its products include Spiral Point Taps, Spiral Flute 15° Taps, Spiral Flute 35° Taps, Fluteless Taps, Cast Iron, Pipe Taps, Straight Flute and Nut/NIB Taps. It manufactures straight-fluted taps, which are mainly recommended for Cast Iron and SG Iron components. Its spiral point tap or gun nose tap with 3-4 threads chamfer is recommended for tapping in through holes, it also offers left-hand spiral with right-hand cutting for this application. It has developed application taps for Cast Iron Tapping. These taps have a chamber of two thread lengths and are used for both through holes and blind holes. Its Nib Taps are specially made for automatic tapping of nuts in high-speed Nut Tapping Machines in materials like stainless steel and others. The Company serves the automotive, agriculture, aerospace, engine, and electrical sectors.
