Its segments include Hospitality (Hotels), Real Estate and Rental / Annuity Business. The Hospitality (Hotels) segment includes hotel operations. The Real Estate segment includes the sale of residential flats. The Company’s portfolio comprises over 11 fully operational hotels across mainstream and luxury segments, and commercial spaces, representing 2.4 million square feet in proximity to the hospitality assets. Its hospitality portfolio includes Athiva Resort & Spa, Khandala; Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield; Courtyard By Marriott Aravali Resort, National Capital Region; Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi; JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar; Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments; Novotel Pune Nagar Road; The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City and The Westin Mindspace Hyderabad, among others.
