AshimaAshima Limited is engaged in textile manufacturing, real estate development and investment activities. Its segments include Textiles, Real Estate, Investment, Investment Management & Advisory Services and Others. Textile segment includes the Denim division, the Dyecot division, the Garment division and the Attires division. The Textile business consists of the manufacture of denim fabrics and readymade garments and processing of textile fabrics, including interlining fabrics and garment washing activities. Its fabrics portfolio offers a range of products, including basic denims, ring/slub denims, pigment/discharged print, polyester and denim. The piece-dyed product range includes basic twills, plain weave, canvas, satin and various types of dobby structures with value-added properties like chemical, mechanical and functional finishes. It has two projects under progress: Swan Lake, which is a week-end homes project, and The Sovereign, which is a luxurious residential apartment project.
