About Aptus Value Hsg Fin
Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited is an India-based home loan company. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of housing finance and all other activities. It is also engaged in providing loans for non-housing finance activities in the form of loans against properties (LAP). The Company operates through a single segment, namely providing long term housing finance, loans against property and refinance loans. Its products include home loans, LAP, and insurance services. Its primary product, home loans, is focused on the construction or purchase of houses/ flats and for house renovation/extension. LAPs are loans given for refinancing of funds used for the purpose of construction/purchase of a house. LAP has two products, namely, LAP-Construction and LAP-Purchase. Its subsidiary, Aptus Finance India Private Limited, provides finance in the form of loans against immovable properties to individuals for business enhancement purposes.
