⭐ Adani Group gets new investment
US-based PE firm GQG Partners has invested ₹15,446 crore ($1.8 billion) in Adani Group companies through a secondary block deal. Adani Ports, Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and Adani Enterprises have received this new investment.
⭐ Zydus Lifesciences receives USFDA approval
Pharma company has received final approval from US FDA for the antiviral drug Acyclovir Cream. The product will be launched in the US market in the coming days. As per IQVIA, the drug has annual sales of $16.9 million in the US market.
⭐ US jobless claims fall for a third straight week
The number of applications claiming unemployment benefits fell to 190,000 in the US for the week ending 25 February. The jobless claims have declined for the third consecutive week. Unemployment benefits applications are considered a proxy for the number of layoffs in the US.
