VMS Industries Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of ship breaking, as well as trading in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The Company operates through two segments: Manufacturing and Trading. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in ship-breaking business activities. The Trading segment is engaged in the trading in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The Company has purchased a total of approximately 37 ships for its ship recycling activities, which include LORETTA D, COLOMOBO STAR II, MADRE, VENUS GAS, WINCO, MT MAR, LIBRA GAS II, ANNOULA, KAPADOKIA, M V GREEN NEPTUNIC, JAMAIMA, KINGSWAY, THERESA LEPOARD, MV OCEAN, BLU, SHAN, INTERBOARD, HACI ALI SARI, MV ABM PIONEER, M.V NOA, ARMIA KRAJOWA, M.V.HANJI, M.V. MASUREN, M.V. COMMODORE and M.V. BALEEN, and others. The Company recycles ships at the Alang Ship Breaking Yard.
