Tarai Foods Limited is an India-based company, which is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of frozen fruits and vegetables using the Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) freezing technology. The Company manufactures frozen peas, frozen sweet corn, frozen mixed vegetables, fresh, frozen and canned mushrooms. It is also into manufacturing and selling sweet corn to various distributors/ Big Bazar outlets in and around Delhi. It has also installed a canning line for processing of mushroom and markets fresh, frozen and canned mushroom. It has set up a vegetables processing plant (based on Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) Freezing technology) in the Tarai region at Rudrapur, in district Udham Singh Nagar, Uttrakhand. The plant is capable of processing and freezing all kinds of products like fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. Its products include Individual Quick Frozen - Frozen French Fries, Individual Quick Frozen-Frozen Green Peas, and Frozen American Sweet Corn.
