Its Greenwoods Lake Resort offers dining, banquet hall, boating, swimming pool, jumping jack, and others. Its completed projects are Greenwoods Club & Lake Resort, Sterling Enclave Apartments, Sunrise Apartments, Acacia Apartment, and Sejal Apartment. The Company's subsidiary is Sterling Resorts Private Limited.
