SRG Housing Finance Limited is a housing finance company. The Company provides financial assistance to low- and middle-income individuals, including self-employed individuals and small to medium-sized business owners, who have limited access to formal banking channels. Its primary services include individual home loans for home construction, purchase, renovation, and extension, as well as loans against property/mortgage loans for residential/commercial property for business or other purposes. It offers housing loans and non-housing loans. Housing loans provide resident Indian, non-resident Indian and builders’ loans. Non-housing loans provide loans against property. Resident Indian include SRG Dream Home Loan, SRG Home Revision Loan, SRG Construction loan and SRG Plot Plans. Loan against property provides liquidity in hand, thus allowing customers to leverage the value of their fixed property. It provides SRG Wealth Loan, which is offered to salaried persons or businessmen.
