The Company's subsidiaries include Simplex (Middle East) Limited, Simplex Infrastructures Libya Joint Venture Co., Simplex Infra Development Private Limited, Maa Durga Expressways Private Limited, Jaintia Highway Private Limited, Simplex Bangladesh Private Limited and PC Patel Mahalakshmi Simplex Consortium Private Limited.
