Shri Dinesh Mills Limited is an India-based composite textile company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing worsted fabrics (menswear), paper makers felts, and industrial textiles. The Company's press felts include Dinflo, Dinvent, and Dinply. Dinflo is a synthetic Batt-On-Mesh category of felts in single-layer base construction. DINVENT is a synthetic Batt-On-Mesh category of felts in double-layer base construction. DINPLY is a synthetic Batt-On-Mesh category of felts in two-, three-, and four-layer base construction employing Twin-Base Laminated Technology. Its dryer screens include hi-contact mono (regular), hi-contact mono (uni-screen), and spiral dryer fabrics. The Company's fiber and asbestos felts include dinasorb-pipe felt and dinasorb-sheet felt. It also offers filter fabric, which include polyester, nylon, acrylic, polypropylene, and wool. The Company's subsidiaries include Dinesh Remedies Limited, Stellant Chemical Industries Limited, and Fernway Technologies Limited.
