Samtex Fashions Ltd. is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling readymade garments and in the trading activity of food grains. The Company's geographical segments include India and New York. The Company’s products include Jackets, Ladies Trousers, Men Trousers, and Shorts & Skirts. The Company’s manufacturing unit is spread over an area of approximately 32000 square meters and manufactures garments for export to stores in the United States and Europe, as well as domestic brands in the fashion industry. The Company has two subsidiaries, namely, SSA International Limited and Arlin Foods Limited. The Company has no manufacturing or other business operations. It has not generated any revenue.
