Oberoi RealtyOberoi Realty Limited is engaged primarily in the business of real estate development and hospitality. The Company develops residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure projects. The Company’s Real Estate segment develops and sells residential properties and leases commercial properties. Its Hospitality segment is into the business of owning and operating the hotel. It has developed approximately 47 projects at locations across the Mumbai skyline aggregating about 13.65 million square feet of spaces. Its residential projects include Oberoi Splendor, Oberoi Splendor Grande, Prisma by Oberoi Realty, Elysian by Oberoi Realty, Esquire by Oberoi Realty, and others. Its commercial projects include Commerz, Commerz II, Commerz III, and others. Its hospitality project is The Westin Mumbai Garden City. Its retail project includes the Oberoi Mall. Its social infrastructure projects are Oberoi International School-OGC Campus and Oberoi International School-JVLR Campus.
