The Company is engaged in construction of residential flats through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and these SPVs have been allotted plots of land on long term lease under Builders Residential Scheme of the New Okhala Industrial Development Authority, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and Yamuna Expressway Authority. The total lease hold area allotted to the Company along with SPVs is approximately 2,65,000 square meters. Its residential projects include Express Park View II - Low Rise Apartments, The Hyde Park, The Golden Palm, Express Park View I, and The Golden Palm Village. The Company's commercial projects include Golden Palm Downtown, Hyde Park Plaza/Down, Pearls Business Park, and Park Street. The Company's hospitality projects include The Golden Plam Bangalore and The Golden Palms Hotel.
