Modi Naturals Limited is an India-based consumer goods company operating in the wellness and foods category. The Company is also engaged in ethanol manufacturing in the state of Chhattisgarh. The Company's segments include Branded and Bulk. Branded segment includes consumer oil and food business. Bulk segment includes bulk oil business. Its brands include Oleev Go beyond, Oleev Kitchen, PIPO, JYNX, Olivana wellness, Rizolo and Miller Canola Oil. Oleev Kitchen's product range includes Oleev Kitchen Pasta (Penne, Fusilli, Macaroni) and Oleev Kitchen Pasta- Cucina Italiana (Penne, Spaghetti). PIPO brand offers a range of popcorn and roasted peanuts. PIPO Popcorn and Taste Bomb sachets inside come with the flavors of peri peri, tomato salsa, cheese burst and tandoori twist. JYNX brand offers instant drink mix. Olivana wellness brand is a 100% natural pure olive oil, made from ingredients imported from Spain, Italy and other Mediterranean countries. Rizolo brand offers rice bran oil.
