The Company is engaged in soyabean processing, producing branded refined soyabean oil and manufacturing value added protein-based products. These products address specialized applications in the food, aqua and poultry, dairy and pharmaceutical sectors. It operates through the oil seed extraction and refining segment. Its products include soya lecithin, super HyPro SBM, defatted soya flour/grits/ flakes (toasted), defatted soya flour/grits/ flakes (untoasted), full fat soya, textured soya protein, soya hulls and others. The Company manufactures soya protein and soya lecithin for downstream industrial users and manufactures, markets, packages and brands edible refined oil for its retail consumers. It markets its products under the Kriti brand. The Company’s soyabean processing plant is located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh (India). Its subsidiaries include Kriti Industries (I) Ltd. and Chetak Builders Pvt. Ltd.
