The Company’s segments include Real estate, Sale of electricity, and Others. The Company is in the process of redeveloping the erstwhile Le Meridien Hotel site in CBD Bangalore into a landmark A-Grade commercial office building. The Company has diversified into electricity generation through Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for captive consumption and sale of electricity to GESCOM, HESCOM & Group Cative., and third-party consumers. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Blue Lagoon Real Estate Private Limited, Neptune Real Estate Private Limited, Embassy Prism Ventures Limited, and Mac Charles Hub Projects Private Limited.
