KFin Technologies Limited is engaged in providing service of registrar to the public issue of securities, registrar to the securities transfers, and back-office operations to mutual fund houses and data processing activities. Its business segments include Domestic mutual fund investor solutions, Issuer solutions, International and other investor solutions and Global business services. It is an investor solutions provider to asset management firms and issuer solutions provider to both listed and unlisted corporations in India, in terms of the number of clients served. It also offers investor solutions and fund administration to asset managers in GIFT City (India), Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. It offers platform-as-a-service and software-as-a-service based solutions, such as digital onboarding for investors, transfer agency, fund accounting, fund administration, transaction management and other diverse digital services to global asset managers.
