Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited is an India-based company. The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacture of Industrial Chemicals. The Company operates through one segment: Alco Chemicals. The Alco Chemicals segment serves a range of industries, primarily focusing on the Construction, Infrastructure, Paint, Pharma, and Agrochemicals sectors. Its manufacturing portfolio includes products such as Formaldehyde, Pentaerythritol, Hexamine, Sodium Formate, Phenolic Resins, and Acetaldehyde. It operates three chemical manufacturing facilities, located at Ankleshwar (Gujarat), Visakhapatnam (north Andhra Pradesh) and Naidupeta (south Andhra Pradesh). The Company's integrated denim manufacturing unit in Africa, operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Kanoria Africa Textiles plc. APAG Holding AG is a subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in the business of electronic automotive.
