The Company's portfolio of assets consists of approximately eight road assets, all operating on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) basis, in the states of Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. These roads are operated and maintained pursuant to concession rights granted by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Its projects include Package IV - Naviganj - Mitrasen, Phagwara - Rupnagar, Porbandar - Dwarka, Varanasi - Handia, Akkalkot - Solapur, Sangli - Solapur, Gundugolanu - Devarapalli - Kovvuru and Dwarka - Khambhaliya - Devariya.
