The Company is engaged in production, distribution, and sale of tourist publicity literature, providing entertainment, engineering related consultancy services, duty free shopping facilities to tourists, hospitality and tourism management of the Company imparting training and education in the field of tourism and hospitality. It operates various divisions, including Hotels Division, Ashok Events Division (AED), Ashok International Trade Division (AITD), Ashok Travels and Tours Division (ATT), Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management (AIH&TM), Ashok Consultancy & Engineering Services Division (ACES), and others. The Hotels division includes hotels, such as Hotel Samrat, Hyderabad House, and Vigyan Bhawan. The Ashok Events Division manages events, conferences, and exhibitions. The AITD division focuses on seaports.
