The Company is engaged in the business of developing, holding, owning, licensing real estate, consulting on real estate and property of all kinds and, for this purpose, acquiring by purchase or through lease, license, barter, exchange, hire purchase or otherwise. The Company carries out the business of construction and development of commercial buildings, industrial sheds, offices, houses, buildings, apartments, structures, hotels or other allied works on any land acquired by the Company, whether on an ownership basis or as a lessee or licensee, and to deal with such construction or developed or build premises by letting out, hiring or sale. It also constructs, acquires, holds, manages, develops, administers, protects, reserves and deals in properties, including sales and purchase of properties. The Company owns or has access to approximately 739.69 acres of land.
