The Company, along with the JV Partner Entities, has 16 operational hotels and operates a total of 753 keys across the states of Karnataka (Bengaluru), Tamil Nadu (Hosur), Goa (Anjuna), Andhra Pradesh (Tirupati) and Telangana (Secunderabad). It has a significant presence in Bengaluru with 10 hotels and a total of 458 hotel keys. Its operational hotel properties include Hotel Regenta Inn Grand - 8th Block Koramangala, Hotel Regenta Inn - Indiranagar, Hotel Tulip Inn - Ejipura Koramangala, Hotel Grand Premier Suites - Malleswaram, Hotel Grand Continent - Bannerghatta Road, Hotel Regenta Inn - 4th block Koramangala, Hotel Grand Continent Hotel - Hosur, Hotel Grand Continent Hotel - Secunderabad, Hotel Golden Tulip - Tirupati and others.
