Gokak Textiles Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of textile, manufacturing cotton yarn, blended yarn, industrial fabrics, terry towels, t-shirts, polos, undergarments, and others and generation of solar power. The Company’s segments include Textiles, and Power. It has exported yarn to more than 35 countries around the globe. Its Solar unit has an installed capacity of 40 mega wats (MW) within the premises. Its Garment unit within the premises at Gokak Falls is manufacturing various products of bamboo and cotton fibers, such as towels, shawls, blankets, bedsheet, and others. Its mills are located in Gokak Falls, Belagavi, Karnataka. Its knitwear unit is located in Marihal, Belagavi, Karnataka. The Company, through its subsidiary, Gokak Power & Energy Limited, is engaged in generation of hydro-electric power and other renewable and non-renewable sources of energy.
