About ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST
Energy Infrastructure Trust (the Trust), formerly India Infrastructure Trust, is an India-based infrastructure investment trust (InvIT). The Trust's investment objective of undertaking investment activities as an InvIT in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investments Trust). Its project is Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, which acts as a vital link in supplying clean and green energy by connecting all major gas-producing fields on the East coast to the major consuming centers of the West, in a safe, sustainable and reliable manner. EnCap Investment Manager Private Limited is the investment manager of the Trust. ECI India Managers Private Limited is the project manager of the Trust. Axis Trustee Services Limited (Axis Trustee) is the trustee of the Trust.
