The Company provides Trusteeship Services such as debenture / bond trusteeship, security trusteeship, safe keeping, securitization, management of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), managing trusts and allied services. The Company is also engaged in business fund accounting and compliance services, digital loan aggregation, BFSI software, boutique IB, wealth and estate planning and payroll management services. The Company's services include Facility Agent, Share Pledge Trustee, Alternative Investment Fund & Family Trust, Escrow & Monitoring Agency, Deposit Trustee, Safe Keeping Agent, Real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs), Wasiyatt, and others.
