Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited is an India-based non-deposit taking systemically important non-banking financial company. The Company offers a combination of an investment business and a credit cum alternative assets business, capable of providing financial solutions across the entire spectrum of capital structure. Its segments include Investment activity, Lending activity, Rental Business and ARC. It is primarily engaged in the business of providing loans and making investments/trading in shares and securities. Its subsidiaries include Open Elite Developers Limited, Authum Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd., India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC), BIC Cello (India) Private Limited and Billion Dream Sports Pvt. Ltd. ISARC is an asset reconstruction company engaged in the business of inter alia securitization/asset reconstruction. BIC Cello (India) Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of writing instruments and other stationery.
