Atlantaa Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and public private partnership / design, build finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT), hybrid annuity mode projects, operation and maintenance transfer (OMT), infrastructure development projects, real estate, tourism and hospitality. Its infrastructure development activities include inter-alia, construction of roads, highways, bridges and runways. It is also engaged in the development of residential, commercial, and retail properties. Its projects include Shrikant Chambers - II Chembur, Mumbai, Construction of Mumbra Bypass on Old Mumbai - Pune Road, BOT Basis, Widening and Strengthening of NH-5 in Odisha, Constructing Aprons, Hangars, Parking Bays & Ancillary Buildings at Mumbai & New Delhi Airport, Atlanta Enclave - Phase I, Shil Phata, Thane, and others. Its subsidiaries include Atlanta Infra Assets Limited, Mora Tollways Limited, and Atlanta Ropar Tollways Private Limited.
