About ATLANTA
Atlantaa Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and public private partnership (PPP)/ design, build finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT), hybrid annuity mode projects (HAM), operation and maintenance transfer (OMT), infrastructure development projects, real estate, tourism and hospitality coupled with surface mining of limestone and coal. Its infrastructure development activities include inter-alia, construction of roads, highways, bridges, and runways. The Company’s infrastructure projects include Ropar Tollways, Udaipur bypass, Nagpur Kondhali Toll Plaza, Mumbra Bypass Toll and Dahej Sez Project. The Company is also involved in real estate development and related activities. It is engaged in the development of premium residential, commercial, integrated townships and redevelopment of properties. The EPC services provided by the Company include designing, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance.
