The Company operates through four segments: Hotel Business, Power Generation Operations and Real Estate Operation. The Hotel Hyatt Regency includes approximately 507 rooms and suites, which offer Internet access to support business needs. The hotel includes restaurants, such as Caffe, an all-day dining restaurant; The China Kitchen, the authentic Chinese restaurant; La Piazza for traditional Italian, TK's Oriental Grill serving Far East Oriental cuisine, Polo Lounge the traditional lounge bar; Latitude 66, the Pop-up restaurant serving Indian cuisine with a select beverage list on offer and Sidewalk, the pastry and confectionary store. The hotel offers a range of leisure facilities on the premises including a spa, a unisex salon, fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool. The Company also offers approximately 2,955 square meters of meeting space.
