Its subsidiaries include Orchid Hotels Pune Private Limited, Mahodadhi Palace Private Limited, Kamats Restaurants (India) Private Limited, Fort Jadhavgadh Hotels Private Limited and Orchid Hotels Eastern (I) Private Limited.
