The Company's completed projects include Magnolia Woods; Vihaana; Sri Niketan; Vinyasa; Villa Viviana; Esta; Arihant Aira; Arihant Ocean Tower; Arihant Frangipani; Arihant Technopolis, and others. Its residential projects include Vipassana, Vilaya, Villa Viviana Plots and Saraswathi. Its commercial projects include Rohini. The Vipassana project is located in Saidapet, Chennai. The Company’s subsidiaries include Vaikunt Housing Limited, Arihant Griha Limited, Trasperent Heights Real Estate Limited, Varenya Constructions Limited, Verge Realty Private Limited and Escapade Real Estates Private Limited.
