The Company offers more than 10,000 products from multinational and domestic brands, which include digital gadgets, entertainment solutions, home appliances, small appliances, kitchen appliances, and personal care products. Its product categories include television, cooler, induction cooktop, tablet, truly wireless stereo, smart watch, printer, refrigerator, cable, dish washer, geyser and personal computer. It retails various brands, such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Godrej, Whirlpool, Haier and Lenovo. Its services include Aditya Seva, Aditya Suraksha and express delivery. The Company provides after-sales customer service through dedicated customer service engagements and helpline called Aditya Seva. Aditya Seva is a one-stop solution for all product-related grievances of customers. It provides an extended warranty service through Aditya Suraksha. The Company operates approximately 148 retail showrooms.
