Its warranty management services include post-sale support requirements of brands such as call center, field service delivery, parts warehousing and logistics, integrated customer relationship management (CRM) and backend repairs. The Company provides real estate services, which include building and renting out commercial built-up space. It provides office space in KINFRA, a special economic zone (SEZ) in Thiruvananthapuram. The Company provides visual effects (VFX)/animation services to customers. Its businesses also include Accel Academy and Cetronics Technologies.
