The Company primarily serves economically weaker and low-to-middle income customers, who require small-ticket mortgage loans. It also serves formal and informal customers in salaried and self-employed segments. It offers a range of mortgage-related loan products, including loans for residential property purchase and construction; home improvement and extension loans, and loans for commercial property construction and acquisition. The loans offered by the Company include home loans for salaried employees, home loan for self-employed, loan for plot purchase and construction, home improvement loan, home extension loan, loan against residential commercial property (LAP), balance transfer and top up, loan for purchase of non-residential property, home construction loan, loan for plot purchase, loan for construction of non-residential property, and others.
